We focused on four words "Courage, Hope, Faith, Strength". It was awesome to see how everyone integrated their personal meaning of each word as it was brought out in movement. For the first time we practice the gestures relying on another person to complete the movement. If you happened to be at this class please share some of your comments from the class. What is the first thing you think of when you hear the word 'courage' 'hope' 'faith' 'strength'?

I am really happy to announce that the signchido research proposal to study Signchido in Parkinson's patients at the Ali's Parkinson's Center in Phoenx has been approved by the IRB and we will start the research study in Sept 08. If anyone is interested in being part of this study that has the diagnosis of parkinson's please let us know or contact the Muhammad Ali's Center at St. Joe's Hospital in Phoenix.
