This interactive, instructional DVD and book take you through the basics of SignChiDo. Easy to understand directions are coupled with beautiful graphics and photographs to teach you everything from proper posture and breathing to the actual hand signs and their meanings.
The DVD format allows to you watch from start to finish, or jump to specific scenes to review the lesson of your choice. Once you are familiar with the basics, you can select "Daily Workout" from the home menu for a 23-minute SignChiDo routine.
