Hello Dr.Anne, I cannot adequately describe the wonder, spirit and energy at St. John's vacation bible school. I was part of the introduction and prayed "The Instrument of Peace"....indicating it's a way of fixing....
fix hate with love, injury with pardon, doubt with faith, saddness with joy.
Thank you, Dr.C.J. (Carlisle, PA)

Our Sign Chi Do Class signed God Bless America on Friday for all who have been devastated or touched by the bridge disaster in Minnesota. One participant said that it felt like the communion of saints at work!
Thanks again for your awesome work and encouragement downunder.

I have done many exercise programs and have benefited from them as well. When I went to my first workshop of Sign Chi Do I felt a sense of peace. What also overwhelmed me was the spiritual feeling. So many other programs don't mention but Dr. Anne does.
Sign Chi Do has given me added stress relief in my life. I encourage everyone young or old, men and women, and even handicapped people to try it. You can do it standing, sitting or even lying down.

I would like to tell a little about the stress-relaxation device called the 'APeX'. I suffer from anxiety. During my stay at the heart hospital I was given the opportunity to try it. Listening to the relaxation techniques helped me stay focused on my immediate needs. The breathing exercises are very simple, but effective. I would highly recommend the use of this device/program for everyone. It made my stay at the Arizona Heart Hospital much more comfortable.
Thank you, Francine (Phoenix, AZ)

I have just completed a 30 year practice in Neurology. You know what this means in terms of my orientation to the body and to pathology. Your DVD is excellent. I'm drawn in to-as you say, "do it with me."
Marvelous how the human hands become such an obvious instrument of the CNS (central nervous system). The background music naturally adds much to the message as well.
There's so much of the body language which is automatic and reflective of our inner feelings. Your suggestions about movement and prayer will serve me well. I'm thankful that our visit coincided with your presentation. PROVIDENTIAL.

Dr. Borik,
Sign Chi Do taken to the Peds ICU and to patient rooms via the APeX music device is a big hit at Maricopa Medical Center. The kids and parents enjoy doing the movement, and it lowered the stress levels of all so dramatically that you could see it. One of our nurses in Pediatrics is interested in doing Sign Chi Do regularly in our Pediatric play room. I just had to let you know. And the APex worked beautifully with excellent and clear sound, whether softly or in a large area.
Thank you so much for all your hard work to develop this program. Our patients and their families are most grateful. And I am grateful for a new way to present prayer to patients.

Starting the day with "Let me be thankful...thoughtful....tranquil from sun up to sun down" helps me to focus on all of the positive aspects of my life and stay calm through frustrations and disappointments. Signing 'thank you God' brings to mind the many gifts and blessings I receive on a daily basis. Through Sign Chi Do, I experience a closer connection with God and feel His deep peace.

We were paying attention to our breathing, slowing everything down. Breathing in and then exhaling with the sign. We were focusing on the Serenity Prayer, specifically "to accept those things I cannot change". As I repeated the movement several times with the breathing, it first became a sigh...then a releasing....and finally a sweet surrender.
O Lord, all my longing is before you; my sighing is not hidden from you. Psalm 38:9
